You Can Have Abundant Life. Quoted scripture is “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10 NIV).

Answer these questions honestly: When you leave your house, how will you get to your destination? When you die, how will you get to heaven? Of course, you can answer the first question easily. Can you answer the second question?
To get to heaven, do five things:
1. Take a good look at yourself and be honest. The Bible says, “For all of us have become like one who is unclean, And all our righteous deeds are like a filthy garment; And all of us who wither like a leaf, And our iniquities, like the wind, take us away” (Isa. 64:6 NASU)
2. Realize you are a sinner. The Bible says, “For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard” (Rom. 3.23 NLT).
3. Believe with all your heart that Jesus Christ came on the earth, more than two thousand years ago, to pay your sin debt in full. The Bible says, “But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, ‘Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree’” (Gal. 3.13 NLT).
4. Ask Jesus Christ to come into your life. The Bible says, “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved” (Rom. 10.9,10 NLT).
5. Say this prayer: Dear Jesus, I believe you died in my place, so I can become a resident in heaven. Please forgive me for all of my sins I have committed, and come into my heart and live. Amen.
